Ready is a lie the wound tells you so you never have to move. You're not going to feel ready until after you've walked through it — until your body has proof that it can survive the truth.

The question isn't whether you're ready. The question is whether you're willing.

Willing to see what's been running the show. Willing to feel what you've been managing. Willing to stop circling and finally walk forward.

They've got more self-awareness than most people will develop in a lifetime — and they're still stuck. That's because they have information, but not orientation. They know what's wrong but not why it keeps showing up or what to actually do about it.

Yes. The Canyon Walk is where I map everything so we both know where to go. Without it we'd be guessing. And I don't guess.

No. And you don't have to do them in any particular order either. After the Canyon Walk you'll know which ones are loudest. Some people do one. Some do three over the course of a year. Some do all five. You come back when and if you're ready within 3-6 months. No pressure.

Yeah absolutely. Some people need the one session first, and THEN they realize they want to go deeper. The Knowing doesn't replace the Canyon Walk — they're different things — but you can do both.
