The Embodiment Map

An Intimate 12-Week Container for the Spiritually Curious Woman

You’ve done the work.

I know you have because you're here. Reading this. Which means you're the kind of person who doesn't shy away from herself. You've sat in the therapy sessions. You've read the books — the spiritual ones, the psychology ones, the ones about attachment and inner children and parts of self. You've learned your chart. Probably multiple charts. You know your Sun and Moon and Rising. You might know your Human Design type, your Life Path number, your Enneagram, your attachment style.

You have language for yourself that most people will never develop.

And still.

Still, you're circling the same patterns. Still, you're watching yourself do the thing you said you wouldn't do — again. Still, there's this gap between who you know you are and who you're actually living as. You can see it. You can feel it. Sometimes you can even narrate it in real time while you're in it.

There I go again. Dimming. Over-giving. Abandoning myself. Saying yes when I mean no. Staying quiet when I have something to say.

You understand the pattern. You just can't seem to stop living it.

Here's what I've learned after years of doing this work, after sitting with hundreds of women who look a lot like you

Insight isn't transformation.

You can understand something perfectly and still be completely stuck in it. You can have the most articulate breakdown of your wounds and still let them run every decision you make. You can read your chart and never once actually live from it.

Because knowing yourself and embodying yourself are two completely different things.

And no one teaches you how to close that gap. They give you more information. More frameworks. More data about who you are. And you collect it — you're so good at collecting it — and it sits there. In your head. While your body keeps doing what it's always done.

The Interest Wound

I want to tell you about something I call the Interest Wound.

When I work with clients, I don't start with their chart. I start with a question:

Take me back to a time when you were genuinely interested in something — like really lit up about it — and you told someone. What happened?

And here's what I hear, over and over:

I wanted to make jewelry. My mom said "that's nice" and maybe bought me some beads. But she never asked me why I wanted to make it. She never helped me finish anything. She never came back to it.

I loved art. I wanted to go to museums all the time. But we never went. It just wasn't a priority.

I was so excited about dance. My dad said it was too expensive. And we never talked about it again.

It's not dramatic. There's no villain. It's just... absence.

No one leaned in. No one got curious about what you were becoming. No one said I see that thing in you — let's feed it.

And in that absence, your body learned something it still believes:

If no one's interested in me, I must not be worth being interested in.

So now when you start something new — a business, a project, a dream, a change — you get close. You feel the momentum building. And then you stop. You lose interest. You talk yourself out of it. You decide it wasn't that important anyway.

Not because you're lazy or broken or incapable of follow-through.

But because you never had someone stay interested in you long enough to model what that looks like. You never learned how to stay interested in yourself.

The Interest Wound is running your relationships. Your money. Your visibility. Your ability to trust your own decisions.

All of it traces back to this one root.

What you need isn't more information about yourself.

You need a map.

Not a chart. Not a type. Not another framework to file away.

A map — something you can actually walk. Something that takes you from where you are to somewhere different. Something that doesn't just show you your patterns but moves you through them.

That's what The Embodiment Map is.

What This Is

Twelve weeks. Eight embodiments. A live container where you don't just learn about yourself — you practice being yourself, in real time, with other people witnessing you.

We use astrology, numerology, Human Design, parts work, mediumship, and somatic ritual. Not as separate modalities you collect. As lenses that work together to show you the same thing from different angles until it finally clicks.

The 12 Weeks

WEEK 1 — VALIDATION Knowing Your Story

We start where the wound lives. You'll do the Mirror & Candle ritual. You'll write your Visibility Autobiography — the story of how you learned to be seen or not seen. You'll map your rupture timeline. The moments where something broke. The places you learned to hide.

This isn't about wallowing in your past. It's about witnessing it. Finally. Without needing anyone else to validate that it happened.

WEEK 2 — ANGER Psychic Channeling

Your anger has been buried. Somewhere along the way you learned it wasn't safe to need things, to want things, to be disappointed. So you swallowed it. You made yourself pleasant. You became the one who's fine, always fine.

We do Fire Channeling here — safe, timed, somatic expression. We let your anger speak through automatic writing. We meet your Firefighter parts — the ones who've been protecting you from your own fire.

WEEK 3 — SELF Astrology & Essence

Who are you underneath the survival roles? Underneath the version of yourself you built to be acceptable?

We go into your chart — not intellectually, somatically. Sun, Moon, Rising as lived experience. The Self Invocation ritual. Chart Embodiment mapping. You don't just learn your placements. You start to feel them.

WEEK 4 — INTEGRATION No call. Breathing room.

This is where the first three embodiments land. You sit with Validation, Anger, and Self. You complete the workbook sections. You practice the rituals on your own. You let your body catch up to what your mind just learned.

WEEK 5 — ALIGNMENT Numerology & Flow

Your Life Path. Your Personal Year. The rhythm you were designed to move in — and all the ways you've been forcing instead of flowing.

Rhythm & Release ritual. Surrender practice. Letter burning. The Alignment Wheel — mapping eight areas of your life and seeing where you're gripping.

WEEK 6 — TRUTH Mediumship & Legacy Release

What did you inherit that was never yours to carry?

This is lineage work. Legacy burdens — the beliefs, fears, and patterns passed down through your bloodline. We do the Legacy Release ritual. Ancestor connection meditation. Burden mapping.

WEEK 7 — CHOICE Metaphysics & Polarized Parts

You know that feeling when part of you wants one thing and another part wants the opposite? And you're frozen in the middle, unable to move?

Two Flames ritual. We mediate between the parts. We practice choosing from Self instead of from fear. Choice Audit — mapping the decisions you've been avoiding.

WEEK 8 — INTEGRATION No call. More breathing room.

Alignment. Truth. Choice. Let them land. Practice what you've learned. Prepare for the final stretch.

WEEK 9 — CHANGE Human Design & Natural Rhythms

Type. Strategy. Authority. Not as information — as lived practice.

Change Invocation ritual. Flow vs Force mapping. You learn to feel the difference between pushing and allowing. You track your decisions through your design.

WEEK 10 — INTEGRATION BRIDGE Weaving the Seven Portals

We step back. We see the whole map. How all seven embodiments thread together. What patterns you can finally name. Where you've grown. What's ready for the Canyon.

Integration Wheel mapping. Canyon Walk preview. You draft three to five versions of your I AM declaration.

WEEK 11 — THE CANYON WALK This is the ritual call.

The Canyon is your shadow. Everything you've been afraid to look at. Everything you exiled because it was too much.

We walk it together. Guided visualization. Somatic practice. And then — one by one — you speak your I AM declaration out loud while the group witnesses.

We see you. We honor you.

This is the moment where it stops being theory and becomes real in your body.

WEEK 12 — COMPLETION Celebration & Next Steps

We close the container. You share what shifted. The group holds you one more time. Collective gratitude. A handwritten letter to yourself. Your 30-day integration plan.

And then you decide what's next — not because you're incomplete, but because embodiment is a spiral. You keep going deeper.

Who This Is For

This is for the woman who's done the work and is ready to stop circling.

You know your patterns. You can narrate them. You've processed them seventeen different ways. And you're still in them. You're ready for something that actually moves you through instead of just helping you understand.

This is for the woman who feels stuck, unfulfilled, or lost — and knows she's meant for more but can't access it.

Like something's blocking you. Like there's a glass wall between you and your actual life.

This is for the woman who's tired of collecting modalities that don't integrate.

Astrology in one corner. Human Design in another. Parts work over here. None of it talking to each other. None of it landing in your body.

This is for the woman who wants tools — not just information.

You don't need someone to tell you what's wrong with you. You need practices. Rituals. Things you can actually do that change how you move through the world.

Who This Is Not For

If you want a quick fix, this isn't it. Twelve weeks. Deep work. No shortcuts.

If you won't do the practices, this isn't it. There's homework. Rituals. Things you actually have to do between calls. This only works if you work it.

If you want more information to collect, this isn't it. You already have enough information. This is about embodiment — living what you already know.

If you're not willing to be witnessed, this isn't it. You'll share. You'll be seen. That's part of how this works.

"Things started to click."

"My biggest concern before beginning The Embodiment Map was that it might be another attempt at learning and growing and moving forward that did not scratch the surface and could possibly leave me still feeling stuck and still searching for support. Showing up mentally, physically, emotionally and financially and still feeling in the same place.

What happened instead is that things started to click and I was able to take the time I couldn't find before to walk — letting go of fear — into these spaces in myself. Everything did not come immediately but this time allowed me to reflect in ways that supported understanding of Self and the relationship to my environments over my life."

What People Are Saying

“The Embodiment Map is for you.”

Giiirrrlllll.....lol If you're ready to speak your truth without shrinking inside, understand that you have had all of the answers all along—you just didn't have the tools or resources to make it make sense.

The Embodiment Map is for you. It's not easy because it asks you to show up for yourself. You will need to be comfortable with being uncomfortable a little longer than you would normally.

It will show you a new level of patience and love that you have afforded others and not yourself, but most of all, it's a guide to bring you home and have the confidence to share your story.

— Lizy T

"The anger session was liberating."

"My fear was being open and vulnerable. I'm learning — and this group helped — that it is okay to ask for help, to be vulnerable in safe spaces.

Sharing with a group of strangers was probably easier than I expected. Maybe easier than some people close to me.

Fire and Anger channeling — physically moving energy through my body — this was liberating. And the session about making choices... I made the choice to have difficult conversations which released a lot.

The Embodiment Map was a journey of self-discovery, revelation, and peeling away more layers of knowing yourself. You will leave changed, empowered, and more in love with who you truly are."

Dara M.

"I trust myself more now."

"My fear was being judged. But this space felt welcoming. No judgment — just people being open and holding space for each other.

It helped me to trust myself more and not look outside of myself for answers. Giving me the tools to lean into all the ways our body speaks to us using different modalities. Knowing that I am exactly where I need to be.

If you want to step more into self by building trust within, Aycee is the best person that can teach you how without depending on others outside of yourself."

LaShaunda H.

"I don't feel like I wasted my money."

"Honestly, for me it was the financial investment. I was nervous about spending money and not getting or feeling like I'm getting some sort of outcome.

It did not come true. I do not feel like I wasted my money. The decision/choice session was really powerful. I also enjoyed the anger session. I've leaned into trusting my intuition more — these have helped me in my career.

Overall being in community has made me grateful for my life, and that sharing and connecting with people is really healing.

If you want tools to get to know yourself better, this is a good way to dive into your deeper self."

Diamond P.

"It felt more like sisterhood than a guided course."

I'll be honest—I was scared. Scared of group dynamics, scared I wouldn't feel safe enough to share, scared I'd invest time and money into something that wouldn't actually move me. But this experience exceeded every expectation I had.

The group was diverse in the best ways, and I felt safe sharing while holding space for others to do the same. The conversations—especially in that last session—were pure gold. It was healing just to be in community, to be witnessed.

The workbook, reflection questions, and the Visibility Spiral helped me come to terms with patterns I needed to change. And the way Aycee presented information about numerology and Human Design normalized spiritual conversations for me in a way nothing else has. I feel more comfortable now openly discussing these topics without shrinking.

The Embodiment Map is a committed time to tune into yourself, to revisit who you were before life got too complicated. If you feel stuck, unfulfilled, or lost, this work will help you move the stagnant energy that's keeping you from being who you know you're called to be.

Well worth every penny and every minute.

  • Life happens. All calls are recorded and you'll have access to the replays plus transcripts. But here's the truth — the magic of this container is in being live. In speaking your truth in real time while other women hold space for you. In being witnessed. The recordings are a backup, not a replacement. If you already know you're going to miss most of the calls, this might not be the right round for you. Wait for a time when you can actually be in it.

  • Honestly? This is specifically for you. The woman who's done the work. Who has the language. Who can narrate her own patterns in real time while she's still stuck in them. This isn't another framework to file away. It's designed for the gap between insight and embodiment — the place where all your knowledge lives but hasn't landed in your body yet. If you're tired of understanding yourself but still watching yourself repeat the same patterns, that's exactly why this exists.

  • Nope. We'll work with all of it during the program. If you know your stuff already, great — you'll go deeper. If you don't know any of it, you'll learn what you need as we go. This isn't about becoming an expert in the modalities. It's about using them as lenses to see yourself more clearly and actually live from what you discover.

  • This isn't therapy and I'm not your therapist. I won't be diagnosing anything or treating any clinical conditions. What I am doing is guiding you through a structured embodiment process that integrates multiple modalities — astrology, Human Design, numerology, parts work, mediumship, somatic ritual. Think of it as a bridge between the insight you've gained (maybe in therapy, maybe elsewhere) and the actual lived experience of being different. Many people do this work alongside therapy. They complement each other.

  • Good. That's actually part of the work. The Interest Wound — the thing we're healing here — happened in relationship. You learned to hide because of how people responded (or didn't respond) when you showed yourself. Which means the healing also happens in relationship. In being seen. In speaking and having someone actually stay curious about you. I'm not going to throw you into the deep end Week 1. We build safety. We build trust. And by the time you're doing the Canyon Walk in Week 11, you'll be ready. The women who were most scared of group sharing consistently say it was the most powerful part.

  • The live calls are 90 minutes to 2 hours. Between calls, you've got the workbook sections, the rituals, and the reflection prompts. If you're actually doing the work — and you need to actually do it for this to land — plan for 3-4 hours a week total. Some weeks will feel lighter, some heavier. The integration weeks (4 and 8) have no calls, which gives you breathing room to catch up or go deeper.

  • Week 1, you'll be paired with another woman in the group. Someone to check in with between calls. Someone to process with. Someone who's walking the same path. It's not mandatory, but it deepens the experience. You're not doing this alone.

  • Yes. You can pay $1,997 in full or $597 x 4 monthly payments. Choose what works for your situation.

  • You'll leave with a 30-day integration plan including community support and tools you can use for the rest of your life — the rituals, the workbook, your I AM declaration. Embodiment is a spiral, not a destination. Some people want to keep going deeper after. I'll share what's available at the end, but there's no pressure. You'll be complete. And you'll know if you want more.

  • Here's what I can tell you: this process works if you work it. That means showing up live when you can. Doing the rituals — not just reading about them. Writing in the workbook. Being honest with yourself and the group. If you do those things and stay engaged for 12 weeks, you will not be the same person at the end. I've watched it happen too many times to doubt it. But I can't do it for you. No one can. That's actually the whole point.

  • There's no entrance exam. You don't need to meditate daily or own crystals or know what your North Node means. What you need is willingness — to try things that might feel weird at first, to sit with discomfort, to be honest about what's actually going on with you. The modalities are tools, not requirements. If you're curious and you're willing, you're spiritual enough.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Interest Wound told you that your interests don't matter. That you're not worth staying curious about. That you can't trust yourself to follow through.

But you're still here. Reading this. Which means some part of you is still interested.

That part knows something.

Let's follow it.
