I've been doing this work since 2007, which means I've had almost twenty years of sitting across from people and watching the same thing happen over and over again, and it doesn't matter if they're running a company or running from themselves because the pattern is identical. I work at the intersection of spiritual intelligence, psychology, and embodied leadership, which in practice means I bring astrology, Human Design, trauma-informed coaching, and two decades of working with people's deepest patterns into spaces that have historically kept all of that out. I do this because the separation between who people are and how they work is exactly what's breaking them down, and I got tired of watching it happen (which honestly is the part that finally pushed me to stop keeping this work small).
